DRAFT — for owner review before the Oura application form points here.

What this service is

healthtake.c52.com is a personal, self-hosted health intake server operated by its owner for their own data. It is not a product with users or accounts; there is nothing to sign up for.

What data it holds

Health samples the operator sends it from their own devices — Apple Health exports, Oura sleep and readiness data, Hevy workout logs — stored in a SQLite database on the operator’s server, together with the OAuth tokens and API keys needed to collect them.

What it does not do

No analytics, no telemetry, no advertising, no sale or sharing of data, no third-party processors beyond the source providers themselves (Apple via Health Auto Export, Oura, Hevy). Data leaves the server only when the operator’s own MCP client asks for it over an authenticated connection.

Oura

Oura authorization tokens are obtained through Oura’s OAuth consent and stored only on this server. Disconnecting the source deletes them; access can also be revoked from the Oura account at any time.
